BE ADDED TO BOTH OIL AND FUEL. Yes, we understand that there are the “snake oil” naysayers who believe that ALL aftermarket automotive additives are snake oils.
If motor oils were perfect, then we would not see the constant changes in API certifications and their inexorable and continual "changes" in the oils' additive packages]. Motor oils are made up of base oil(s) and an additive package (add Packs). Many oil manufacturers/blenders do not produce their own add packs;, but rather, purchase them from big add pack manufacturers like Lubrizol, Afton and others. Add packs by their very nature are dynamic and evolving and cost the motor oil manufacturers billions of dollars.
These motor oil add packs are optimized within cost constrains, not maximized. Optimization and maximization are very different constructs. Thus,we do not concur with these snake oil naysayers, we carry a complete line of the quality German made Liqui Moly additives, LuBoron and Bars Leaks products. We Believe that MMO is an excellent product that is formulated to promote engine cleaning and upper engine lubrication. Euro Synthetic Oils has put together a
Keep It Clean Kit, KICK, which consists of two quarts of Marvel Mystery Oil and a 2 Liter/Quart (67 ounce) Twin Neck Measuring Dispenser Bottle with Two Screw Caps and a Flexible Spout Funnel that Fits Both Necks. This measuring dispenser bottle has a 4 ounce reservoir (pictured below). Moreover, we have incorporated a suggested regimen of usage of the Marvel Mystery Oil that is designed to make it easy as well as effective (See Below). This regimen, while different than that of Marvel Mystery Oil, is within the guidelines suggested by them.
Euro Synthetic Oils' Suggested MMO Regimen
Once a month, add 1 ounce of MMO per 2.5 gallons of gasoline or diesel fuel:
2 ounces of MMO to 5 gallons of gas/diesel...3 ounces of MMO to 7.5 gallons of gas/diesel....4 ounces to 10 Gallons of gas/diesel...etc.
Approximately 500 miles BEFORE your upcoming oil change add 4 ounces of MMO per quart of crankcase oil capacity: e.g. add 16 ounces of MMO to 4 quarts of crankcase capacity; add 20 ounces of MMO to 5 quarts of crankcase capacity; add 24 ounces of MMO to 6 quarts of crankcase capacity [1]. Change your oil and filter; and then, complete this cycle again before each oil change. Do this before EACH oil change. It is that simple, this is our regimen to be used with our Keep It Clean Kit. Obviously, you can also employ the manufacturers regimen (indicated below) with our kit, that is your choice, do whatever you are most comfortable with.
ADDED TO GAS OR DIESEL FUEL:
MMO lubricates the entire fuel system-fuel pumps, fuel injectors or carburetors and the top portion of the cylinders. These are areas, that by design, motor oil does not reach. Using MMO in your fuel extends the life of these vital components by providing them with lubrication that fuel alone does not provide.
MMO reduces and prevents varnish and gum build-up, two key contributors to robbing engine performance. When you shut off your engine, a miniscule drop of fuel is left at the tip of the fuel injectors or carburetor jets. This miniscule drop off of fuel then solidifies into a varnish type residue. Over time, the accumulated varnish blocks the openings of the injectors or jets, contributing to lower performance and fuel economy and shorter life of these components.
MMO can help extend spark plug life by using it in your fuel. It creates a cleaner burning cylinder environment that reduces carbon build-up on spark plugs resulting in better firing plugs that increase performance and durability.
MMO improves fuel mileage by reducing internal friction in the engine.
***Manufacturer Suggestion:MMO should be used in the fuel at every fill-up. Use 4 ounces for every 10 gallons of fuel.
***Note for Diesel Fuel Users - This diesel fuel additive does not comply with federal low sulfur content requirements for use in model 2007 and newer diesel motor vehicles.
ADDED TO THE ENGINE OIL:
***Manufacturer Recommendation:MMO should be added to your engine oil at every oil change. In an engine with a 5 quart oil capacity, simply replace one of the engine oil quarts with a quart of Marvel. For your convenience, MMO comes in quart sizes (MM13R). MMO is safe and effective to use with petroleum, synthetic and synthetic-blend motor oils.
When added to engine oil, MMO reduces and prevents valve sticking and clatter by breaking down harmful deposits of carbon and sludge. MMO fortifies the properties of motor oil, both Petroleum and synthetic. MMO prevents oil breakdown caused by extreme temperatures, and promotes easier cold weather starting with its extremely low pour point of (-65) Fahrenheit and ability to eliminate oil's tendency to congeal at low temperatures.
Sludge build-up in newer and older engines can result in lower performance and life expectancy. MMO will prevent sludge build-up from occurring in new engines and removes sludge from older engines. In newer engines, MMO protects against scoring or seizing and creates a highly polished, wear resistant finish on engine surfaces.
[1] The addition of MMO to the crankcase will not overfill most crankcases, especially in light of the fact that you are adding the MMO at the end of your oil change interval (OCI). Thus, it is likely that your vehicle will have consumed some oil during its OCI. Nevertheless, for those of you concerned with overfilling, simply drain the number of ozs. of oil that you are replacing with MMO, before you add the MMO.
